The reception is located at 40-Z, Jos-Montferrand Street, in Gatineau. It is on the site of Zibi. Participants will be picked up at this location.

Yes, for safety reasons, all of the following may prevent access to a person: pregnant women, intoxication, missing limb (arm or leg), extreme asthma or breathing problems, epilepsy, high blood pressure, skeletal, joint or ligament problems.
Participants must also respect the weight limit and weigh between 70 lbs and 250 lbs.
Note that the participant must have full use of their arms, legs and hands and be able to walk up and down stairs without fatigue or assistance.
The right to restrict access to any person is at the discretion of management.
Yes, the launch tower is 120 feet above the river, and unfortunately there is no elevator. You are responsible for climbing the tower.

There are no age restrictions. However, a parent will have to sign your release if you are under 18. Well yes, that's life.

Yes, there is a maximum number of adventurers we can accommodate each day. If a day is full, you can try your luck with our waiting list. If there is availability, we will contact you.

Since this is a qualified ecotourism activity, Interzip Rogers does not have a shuttle to transport participants from one side to the other.
It will take about 8 minutes to walk from the entrance to the starting tower.
Yes, it is a maximum 8 minute walk from the reception area to the launch tower on the other side of the Chaudière Bridge.

Kool Replay takes care of it. With their automated video service, your entire run will be captured from different angles. We can't wait to see what face you were doing.
No. For operational, safety and insurance reasons, you will not be able to take cameras or valuables with you on the zip line.
Yes, visitors are welcome. There is an area to view the runs near registration. However, you will not be able to accompany your loved ones to the launch tower. Admit it, you're too scared to try it.

No personal belongings are allowed on the zip line, except for glasses and medical items. All items must be left at the reception desk and Interzip Rogers is not responsible for any clothing or items left there.
Closed shoes, so no sandals. We do not recommend dresses, skirts, jewelry, it is preferable to be dressed in sportswear and adapted to the weather conditions. Helmet, harness and specialized equipment will be provided on site.

All staff members will be properly trained prior to the official opening to respect all measures that can be found in the Quebec and Ontario safety recommendations for the tourism industry. This includes, but is not limited to, continuous disinfection of equipment, mandatory mask protection, 2 meter distance from participants and an online reservation system to control the number of participants.

No, vaccination passports are not required for participants, as zip lining is not a non-essential activity or location that requires proof of vaccination according to government criteria.
